Dear customers,
Today marks the launch of the long awaited version of OnePanel™ 2.0!
We are very excited to show you what our developers have been working on for the past few months, and even more excited to see what everyone thinks.
Many requests have been addressed in this release, the most important of which being a more seamless Support process. You will now have access to a full history of your support and sales questions, including those opened by sub-users. Speaking of sub-users, you will also be able to set precise permissions to your staff, such as billing, support, and server management.
With the completely revamped server and VPS management system, and the soon-to-come monitoring system upgrade and mobile version, OnePanel 2.0 is the beginning of a planned series of sub-releases over the coming weeks.
Until then, we have prepared a small feedback section and are awaiting your comments so that we can continue offering the most unified and complete service possible, all in one place, all with OneProvider.
Important note for your currently open support tickets
While we have done our best to import all currently open tickets into the new support system, there may be a small adaptation period. To ensure a smooth and continuous treatment of your existing tickets, please make sure to respond and close them via the Panel rather than via e-mail. Any tickets created beginning on March 7th 2013 will not be affected.

Dear customer,
We are excited to announce we are moving all of our servers in Luxembourg, from our
current facility in the city of Steinsel to the city of Bissen.
The transfer will begin on: - 5th of March 2013 - 8:00 (AM) (GMT+1)
The entire move will take a few days to complete. We will move one stack of servers at a time, and each stack will take
a few hours to relocate. We suggest planning for a few hours of downtime beginning at the above indicated time for your
server(s). If you have sensitive data on your server, please shut down the machine a few minutes prior to the given move
time. If the server is live when we begin the moving process, we will have to unplug it, which will result in a forced
shutdown.
Once the servers are moved to the new datacenter and all installation procedures are completed, service will resume
immediately.
The new facility will provide numerous advantages, including:
- More on-site security
- Guards at the building 24/7
- Improved emergency installations
- Redundant site infrastructure (cooling, electricity and network)
- Higher availability
We apologize for any inconvenience. We are confident this move will allow us to provide you with a higher quality of
service, and we are committed to constantly improving your experience with us. Please do not hesitate to
open a ticket with any questions you might have.
Sincerely,
OneProvider - Worldwide hosting provider
