[Announcement] Planned outage for DC transfer in Luxembourg

2013-02-28 12:15:00

Dear customer,

We are excited to announce we are moving all of our servers in Luxembourg, from our
current facility in the city of Steinsel to the city of Bissen.

The transfer will begin on: - 5th of March 2013 - 8:00 (AM) (GMT+1)

The entire move will take a few days to complete. We will move one stack of servers at a time, and each stack will take
a few hours to relocate.
We suggest planning for a few hours of downtime beginning at the above indicated time for your
server(s). If you have sensitive data on your server, please shut down the machine a few minutes prior to the given move
time. If the server is live when we begin the moving process, we will have to unplug it, which will result in a forced
shutdown.

Once the servers are moved to the new datacenter and all installation procedures are completed, service will resume
immediately.

The new facility will provide numerous advantages, including:
- More on-site security
- Guards at the building 24/7
- Improved emergency installations
- Redundant site infrastructure (cooling, electricity and network)
- Higher availability

We apologize for any inconvenience. We are confident this move will allow us to provide you with a higher quality of
service, and we are committed to constantly improving your experience with us. Please do not hesitate to
open a ticket with any questions you might have.

Sincerely,

OneProvider - Worldwide hosting provider
