Dear customers,
This is to confirm a network outage affecting customers in a number of our central and south american datacenters.

This outage is currently affecting Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, as well as some customers in Buenos Aires. We are working on it and expecting a rapid resolution.

Los Angeles VPS outage

Dear customers,

This concerns VPS owners for the Los Angeles node.
We are facing a widespread outage in Los Angeles affecting most VPS users. Our technicians are actively working on it, and we will update this note as soon as soon as we get an update or a fix. Thank you for your patience.

San Diego Scheduled Maintenance

This announcement concerns customers with servers in San Diego, California.


We are currently making improvements to our Network Infrastructure. We will need to move your server to a new switching distribution, which will yield better performance.


The scheduled maintenance will begin on Sunday June 9th, 2013 at 8:00 PM and continue until Monday June 10th, 2013 at 12:00 AM PDT. The process will take approximately 5 to 15 minutes, provided that there are no unexpected issues.




Washington/Baltimore locations removal

Due to recent and repeated issues in those two locations, we have unfortunately decided to no longer offer servers in those DCs. Customers who currently have active servers in either location are requested to contact support and will be given compensation for the remainder of their active month.
