Dear customers,

This announcement concerns VPS customers for the Sydney node only

One of our Australian VPS nodes has had a confirmed hardware failure. Our technicians have replaced the faulty disk and are currently re-instating all data from it. The node and all affected VPS will be back up soon. Your open tickets will be responded once the issue is fixed and a monetary compensation will be issued.
