A fiber cut in New York affecting the Hibernia, Telia and Level3 lines may affect your service, especially if your service runs through North America.
The network is currently re-routed through the American West Coast, which may create packet loss and time-outs.
The field technician reports that the fiber provider has completed splicing three buffer tubes on both sides and beginning splicing on the fourth tube at this time. The fiber provider has advised they are not able to provide an estimated restoral time currently, but may as work progresses further. The Level 3 field technician remains on site to obtain updates and observe the progress of the repair efforts. We will keep you posted on any news on this matter. Thank you for your understanding.

A disruption on our networks is forcing us to run a quick maintenance. Our technicians are on the scene at the moment. UPDATE: The issue seems to be lying with a router, we are getting it replaced shortly.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Network bypassed at the moment, everything should be back online but there might more hops than usual at the moment. We will keep you posted.
