Dear customers,
After over a year of inactivity, we are happy to announce the reopening of our
Tunis, Tunisia location!
We are currently listing 5 main configurations, and will be updating the Tunis page shortly with additional RAM and HDD options. In the mean time, we invite you to open a ticket via the panel if you require specific customization on these.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of a few upcoming changes. It has been quite a while since we've announced new locations, but rest assured, a lot of new options are ready to come out in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for further announcements!

This announcement concerns all customers and pertains to the Holiday season support schedule.
We would like to inform you that between December 16th and December 28th, we will be working with reduced staff. You may of course use the ticket system as usual, but all non emergency and sales tickets may be slightly delayed. Dear customers,
This announcement concerns services in Paris, France.
We are currently experiencing connectivity issues between our central hob in Paris and our Montreal head office. As a result,some customers may have trouble accessing the "Manage" section for your Paris based servers. Our technicians are working on it as we speak and the issue should be resolved shortly. Rest assured that your servers are still online, and accessible via SSH/RDP. We thank you for your patience.
UPDATE: The issue has been fixed!
