Dear Esteemed Client,
We will be carrying out a critical maintenance on one our racks at Nairobi - KE. We will be migrating our equipment to a newer rack which has more efficient cooling and a newer PDU (Power Distribution Unit) in order to ensure high uptime of our equipment. During a previous maintenance window we migrated some of our equipment and we aim to finish this exercise for the remaining equipment during this window. Backups for all affected equipment are in place and the rollback plan will be to migrate back affected equipment. Our infrastructure team will be available throughout the entire window to ensure all services confirmed to be up.

Our transit provider Altibox is performing repairs on one of their fiber optic cables causing downtime in the specified period of up to 6 hours. Since we have other transits and routes customer should not be affected by this work.

This maintenance aims to improve the stability and security of the infrastructure.
