Dear customers,
This concerns everyone using our 7-point monitoring system
As we are about to release a panel upgrade, we are currently running a maintenance on our monitoring system. This does not affect any of your services, but those using the monitoring system may receive some down-time alerts. Those can mostly be ignored, but we suggest keeping an eye on your services and not rely solely on the OnePanel monitoring.
The maintenance should be completed within 48 hours of this announcement.

This announcement concerns customers with services in Austin, USA.
We will be preforming scheduled maintenance on portions of our hosting infrastructure on June 12, 2014 from 12:00AM - 3:00AM.
IPs in the 208.81.246.0/24 subnet will be affected.
During the maintenance window, you may experience slow and intermittent connections to these services. As usual, do not hesitate to contact support for any questions or concerns.
Announcement 04/06/2014
Dear customers,
After receiving many complaints regarding the stability of our OneCloud infrastructure, and exploring many options for a better, stronger system, we have finally come to the decision to start off fresh.
This unfortunately means that we are terminating the OneCloud system in its entirety, and that all VPS plans will be terminated on June 16th 2014.
There will be no further warnings after this message, so please make sure to complete any migration or backup process to preserve your data and services.
We encourage you to take a look at our Paris location, where you will find many dedicated options with higher options than your current VPS plan, at very comparable costs.
If you choose not to continue your services with OneProvider, we will offer full refunds for the current billing cycle.
Please do not hesitate to open a support ticket to discuss further options.
Please also note that while there is no ETA on the OneCloud replacement, our development team is already working on a brand new product, that will not only replace the multi-location virtual server option, but open the entire range of our locations and services to virtualization.
