This maintenance concerns customers with services in Oslo, Norway

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance in our Oslo datacenters. All dedicated and cloud based servers will be momentarily affected during the following date and time:

Start (GMT+2 CEST) Wednesday 6th April 2016 10:00 PM

End (GMT+2 CEST) Thursday 7th April 2016 01:00 AM

We will be completing a pending network migration which will turn off old 84.234.XXX.XXX subnets, as a result, a downtime of 10-20 minutes is expected while new ranges are moved to a new VLAN.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

We are currently preparing for a OnePanel upgrade, set to be released in the coming days. Some parts of our remote management API require an update, and may disrupt the "Manage" feature on some of your US based servers.
All disruptions are expected to be over within 24 hours.

It has been too long since our last announcement, so we have a bit of catching up to do!

Ever since OneCloud's release, we've unveiled 11 new locations available through Facebook and Twitter, up from the original 15! And of course, many new locations will continue to be revealed as time goes on! You can request locations through the Feature Request page in your OnePanel(this also applies to dedicated servers!). Our newest addition is Moscow, Russia, which was requested a lot!
