As part of our commitment to provide quality services, we plan to transition our customers to our new data center in Colombia. We expect this to increase the reliability and stability of all services hosted in the new data center. However, this involves physically moving hardware to the new location.

We encourage you to please read the details below carefully:
Please note that as the new data center is still within the same industrial complex, we do not expect the move to take long, however this will involve service unavailability. Our team will carry out the hardware move on your behalf, so no physical action is required on your part. Our goal is, of course, to carry out this physical migration with as little impact as possible for both you and your customers.

To ensure functionality after the move, we require your support and constant communication at the beginning and end of the activity to do the controlled shutdown and startup and validation of all services.
It is important to note that our network team has worked on the necessary configurations to ensure that IP addressing is maintained at all times.è
Scheduled Date and Time:
Saturday, October 21, 2023 between 22:00 to Sunday, October 22 at 06:00.

Maintenance Time:
6 - 8 hours within the scheduled time slot.

Datacenter Location:
From Naos to Nebula - Zona Franca Tocancipá.

Maintenance Type:
Hardware movement from DataCenter Naos to DataCenter Nebula.

Estimated downtime:
We are aware of the importance of minimizing downtime during any operation and that is why we will do everything possible to speed up the procedure. During the 6-8 hours of maintenance, downtime should be expected to complete the move.
