This announcement concerns customers with services in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

On November 5th, we will perform the final upgrades to our Melbourne Core network, which means that any server, transit or customer connected in our Melbourne and/or Sydney facility will experience up to 2 x 5 minute outages between 0:00 and 0:30. This is the final outage for the new core upgrades that is taking place currently. Do not hesitate to contact support for any questions or concerns.
