We are notifying you of an upcoming maintenance that will take place soon, and will have an effect on your services.
We are providing you with this advance notice so that you may take action to engage business continuity plans as necessary.

What: Datacenter migration, Coresite CH1 to Netrality Chicago at 717 S Wells.
When: Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023
Window: 10 AM to 10 PM Central (UTC-6)
Impact: We will be physically moving servers between datacenters. There will not be an outage for the entire time range, see MAINTENANCE WINDOW below.

MAINTENANCE WINDOW: The time range that your services MAY be impacted. This is not a statement that your services will be down for the entirety of this time range.
CONNECTIVITY: No net change will take place to your Internet connectivity. Everything about the transit (latency, carriers, etc) will remain the same after the action as they were before.
SCHEDULING: This day and time is carefully chosen to ensure that everything goes as smooth as possible. While you may have workloads that would be impacted at this date and time, other customers would have workloads impacted at other dates and times.

We appreciate your understanding and we acknowledge that maintenance is disruptive.
