What: Network reconvergence - Chicago market
When: Tuesday July 25th and Wednesday July 26th, 2023
Window: 12 PM to 4 PM Central (UTC-6)

Impact: In preparation of the datacenter move next month, we will be establishing new network fabric. Intermittent latency and packet loss and routing reconvergence can be expected at various times throughout the maintenance window.

MAINTENANCE WINDOW: The time range that your services MAY be impacted. This is not a statement that your services will be down for the entirety of this time range.

We appreciate your understanding and we acknowledge that maintenance is disruptive.
