[Announcement] Moscow DC transfer

Dear customers,
This announcement only concerns customers with active servers in Moscow, Russia.

Due to a recent decrease in quality in our established DC in Moscow, we have decided to gradually migrate all services to a different DC, still in Moscow. This migration will allow for faster response times, better network reliability and an overall more positive experience for our customers. Please note that while this migration is entirely optional, all customers wishing to remain on their active servers should consider Moscow as a Tier 5 location, with no applicable SLA for downtimes or support requests. (see here for more details) If you do decide to migrate to the new DC, simply contact support@oneprovider.com to discuss the best arrangement for a seamless process. Note that prices and specs for replacement servers may vary from your current config.
