[Announcement] Widespread Hong Kong issues

Dear customers,
This is an important annoucement that concerns customers with active servers in Hong Kong.

Due to the ongoing and recurring issues encountered over the past week in our Hong Kong DC, we have switched to a new DC gradually over the last few days. While the new network should be more stable, it was found that a router issue has been wreacking havoc with servers in nodes using a large amount of bandwidth. Due to the delays in getting a permanent resolved, we have moved Hong Kong down to a Tier 5 location until further notice.

We are awaiting new routers in the coming days and expecting the situation to return to an optimal state by the end of the week. We advise to alert your customers that services may be slowed down or interrupted until this message is updated and a fix confirmed.

Update 8:20 PM GMT: New routers have been setup and the network has returned to a normal state of stability for the past few hours. We are monitoring all nodes closely to aovid further disruptions.
