[Announcement] Temporary removal of Milan VPS location

The Milan node will temporarily be unavailable due to severe hardware issues on the master server.
As per the very unusual unresponsiveness of this particular DC, we have relegated Milan to a Tier 4 location, and will be bringing the Milan node back only as a geo-located option.
Do not hesitate to contact support for more information if you had an open node in this location.
